Challenging contest! Little Swan is great. Stacey uses those pills to get high.She plans to spike Sarah's drink so as to use the pills as a date rape drug. If Sarah drinks the mixture she may fall prey to abuse. Who would do such a thing? Maybe Charlene or Mr. pick up line.

I think the point is that benadryl can knock some people right out, which is perhaps what's intended here. For instance, my stepdad can take just half a normal dose and have to lay down or he'll wind up passing out. It can be powerful to some people.
Of course, mileage may vary. But I think it's definitely going to be used for its original purpose here...just...not in a legal or otherwise as-directed manner.
Admittedly there are worse things to lace a drink with. I don't think I know anyone who uses Benadryl recreationally. If you ever need some drug advice I'm your woman of course :)

The sign says something along the lines of O9HN, or OqHN, or OaHN, or 09HN, or 0qHN, or 0aHN. Hard to make out it's so small, the round shape is either an O or a 0, or...a diamond? I can't approximate that on here though.
Stacey is going right as I figured she would. I just wonder when and how she's getting that in Sarah's system. Benadryl is powerful stuff, I use it second only to NyQuil when I need help sleeping. Granted, NyQuil is a hell of a lot harder to sneak into a drink...
I would like to see Leo do some thumpin' though...but only after some tragic event. Make it meaningful, and give the story an extra little edge to file off slowly...and give Janey a good reason to reawaken to her repressed feelings for Sarah.
