| skyangel | Well this is the last page of SS for now. This has truly been such an experience for me. I never expected my first ever attempt at doing a comic stip to become so popular or end up in print. It's been hard work these last few months keeping it going. I've been knocking out two pages a week on average over the last two years and I've finally decided I need to give it a rest. I could leave it here and go on to other things, but the girls of SS have become special to, and I have the urge to follow them beyond education and into their adult lives. I've been looking forward to this break so much so that I can concentrate fully on doing 'Cathy' and catching up on everything else that I've shoved behind me for so long.
I'll be back at Christmas with a Christmas spoof, and then SS part four will continue after that. I'll try and get a preview poster up for next Sat to give you a taste of what's to come ;)
That just leaves me to thank all of you for your wonderful support and encouragement throughout the duration of SS so far. It truly wouldn't have got so far as this without you :) *hugs all*

I can see why you'd think this would be a good place to end it BUT I also want to see the girls' adult lives. So I don't blame you for taking a gap. I would suggest doing "SS: The Sequel" but then that carries across the stereotype that sequels aren't ever as good as the original. (Although that wouldn't be the case for you, I'm sure).
Enjoy your break, and I'm glad we still have Cathy for our Skyangel writing & art fixes :D
