Now this is the end...

Happy Halloween. What do you have planned? As for me, I'm having an Ernest Borgnine horror fest with my mom. Yep, nothing but REALLY BAD 70s horror with Ernest Borgnine. I forgot the title of one of them, but it's got William Shatner, and I think Borgnine plays satan in it...

The new comic is coming along really nicely. I'm actually going to put detailed backgrounds in it (well...as detailed as I'll personally ever get.) This is my last author's comment for awhile anywhere (obviously...since I won't be posting pages for a comic until the new one is up.) So for my readers who only like horror (or hate fantasy comics) I guess this is good-bye. For the others who will have the pleasure of reading my upcoming epic, 'Trolling Around', I can't wait to see you there!

Not quite the end yet.

Don't worry, there's one more page left. Afterwords, I'll have a week with no posts...and then I'll have my new comic up. (I'm going to hold off posting the new one until I have 10 pages ready...so there's a bit of an archive ready for new readers.)

It's been a good run. We've had laughs. We've...not had laughs. We've cried (I'm not really sure if we've really cried, but I'm going to say it anyway.) And it is with a tearful good-bye that I close the book on DTL...tomorrow. I feel like it was just yesterday when I spent several hours in that mind-numbing receptionist job, drawing comics to while away the time...

The party winds down

Cameos in this page, with a...'whopping' two appearances...

Nora from Stitches, by annie2495
Danielle from Danielle Dark, by artdude2002

Sorry if you don't like how your cameos look, but hey...I never promised to be a freaking artist.

And would you believe this is the first time I've ever drawn a kissing scene? Well, first time I've ever drawn and photoshopped one. I sketched a different one once for an earlier comic concept, but that never panned out. Search me why I wanted to draw a werewolf comic when I can't even draw a dog...~cough~

So the final page will be posted on Halloween. Suits DTL, I suppose.

For those of you who were promised cameos, they’ll be in the next page. If those of you who have read this page and find yourselves disappointed with the drawing of said character, please refer to earlier disclaimers referring to my atrocious art skills.
