Issue 2 Page 21

Hello folks! I am back from vacation with another weekly page of Endstone.

There's alot going on this week. Cole strips down Herrik (hey that's two equal-opportunity nude scenes this issue-- or should I call them "equal oppornudity"? heh heh). And Herrik doesn't have either of the Endstone pieces. But he was there 15 years ago so he must know at least who picked up the stones. Shouldn't he?

Also, Cole had no idea her father was alive after all these years. I wonder how she is going to react? Tune in next week to find out.

Responses from last week's comments:

Juvenile Jay and Brogan - Thanks folks. I appreciate you stoppin' by.
plymar - Thanks. Actually, Endstone is all digital from beginning to end. However I go to great lengths to make the computer strokes behave like real brush strokes so I appreciate your comment.
Lemniskate - One can only assume Herrik is a breast man.
Doctor Shadow - Thanks. Glad you got a kick out of that line.
Streetknight - Thanks again.
Andaren - Actually, I designed Cole's dress based off something I saw on the internet. ; )
Zephyrion - Thanks for stoppin' by
istaerlus - LOL. Literally running into them.
amanda - I actually hope Herrik doesn't pull her finger. That would really destroy the whole sexy mystique thing she has going on. And I've been called "smarty pants" before, sometimes "stinky pants", but never "sassy pants"! At least until now.... : /
khard12 - Good question. I'm actually very careful about character's heights because I believe it adds realism and characterization. I have a bunch of comparison charts to use a reference laying about my office. Jon is very tall at 6' 6". Kyri is short at 5'3". Cole is tall at 6' (about 6'3" with heels) while Herrik is about 5'10". So Cole has 5 inches on Herrik and I figured if Herrik was leaning forward while running he could maybe run into Cole about chest level. But if it doesn't work for you then that's what most important. I guess I'm going to have to plead guilty to changing physics to suit my gag. ; )
thefightingstranger - if only I could patent granite gazongas...
AzuJOD - Works for me.
machinehead - I wonder if insurance would cover an eye lost via breast.
SoItBegins - Yes he is in trouble, and your question about Herrik's possession of the Endstone was hopefully answered this week.
DAJB, Hugo Maximo and Crimsonskystudio - thanks again folks.
mattchee - I had a great time in Japan -- but traveling around the world is sometimes very tiresome. I got alot of work done on Endstone on the plane, however.
DragonDeadite - Thanks. A great chunk of Endstone issue #3 will be devoted to how this situation is going to end.
armandoB - Sometimes it's better to run from choices. That's always my choice, anyhow.
kaiyaweird - Thanks for stoppin' by.
seanb47 - Thanks. Hopefully your not getting Vietnam-type flashbacks while reading pages where Cole is featured.
I am Candyman - Thanks again.
I Am The 1337 Master - Thanks for leaving a comment. And be careful what you wish for... ; )

Thanks again for all of your comments. See you next week for the final page of issue #2. Until then, keep on keepin' on.

Howdy folks! I am currently on vacation in Japan so I am unable to respond to the comments from last week. This post is automated... obviously.

I hope you enjoy this week's page with the return of Cole Montaigne, Dragonstone. I suspect Herrik is really in trouble this time.

I will return next week.

Until then, keep on keepin' on.

Issue 2 Page 19

Thanks again for checking out yet another weekly Endstone page.

Jon Montaigne is back in business, and Herrik doesn't want to stick around to find out what Jon is going to do next.

Jon obviously doesn't think of himself as a bad guy. But in case you're just tuning in, Jon once terrorize the land as the overlord known as "Banestone." Even though he's not insane anymore, he is still a wildcard. His motives are definitely against Kyri Thunderhead and Pablo Montaigne. And it remains to be seen if he is right in wanting to destroy the world.

Stay tuned. There are only three more pages left in issue two and I promise things are definitely going to be heating up!

plymar - Thanks again for stopping by
Lemniskate - It's a great way to pick up chicks, for sure. ; )
Juvenile Jay - LOL. I stole your pun for this week's commentary. Thanks! ; )
SoItBegins - Thanks again for your support.
AzuJOD - Flame on? I never thought of making the firestone have Human Torch-like powers - like flight and such. Hmmm..... gives me some ideas.
istaerlus - Blood loss is the least of the Toadstone's problems. : ) I think that guy has to come back for even more revenge sometime.
Zephyrion - Thanks! The dialogue came easy on that page, which is rare for me as I tend to rewrite and rewrite again.
amanda - Thanks. I'm hoping to give more of the characters some badass moments as the story gets tighter.
darkwaterfrey - Thank you sir. Hey, when is Katmandi going update? I love that comic!
Andaren - I'm not sure if Jon having an over-stone is a good or bad thing either. We'll see what happens. : )
cyberdog - Thanks, man.
khard12 , DragonDeadite , and df karnovski - Thanks again for stoppin' by folks.
The Gravekeeper - So true. You never want to annoy the undead, so it's best to keep one's mouth shut.
machinehead - Oh yeah. And there's plenty more kick ass coming up soon. : )
Brogan , Streetknight , Crimsonskystudio - Thanks again, folks.
theends - Thanks. I appreciate it.
harryq - Thanks, Harry.
seanb47 - Forefinger Guy! I like it. Sounds like a great super- villain.
Hugo Maximo - Thanks for stoppin' by Hugo.

See you next week. And keep on keepin' on.

Howdy folks! Thanks for stopping by to check out another weekly Endstone page.

This week, Jon Montaigne gets his groove back. He has an over-stone now. I wonder what he's going to do with it...

And things went from bad to worse for the pathetic Toadstone. Can that guy ever get a break?

Responses from last week's comments:

Brogan and plymar - thanks for stopping by folks.
The Gravekeeper - Funny you should mention that. I originally had the stone in a necklace around his neck but that "killed" the scene right there. ; )
Lemniskate - LOL. Yup.
AzuJOD - Thanks!
Juvenile Jay - It's like pulling off a band-aid. All the pain's in the first rip.
The New Number Two - I agree that Toadstone is a sorry villain. I'm thinking of bringing him back in future episodes just to get punked again and again. : )
Streetknight , Zephyrion and grobles63 - thanks again for your support. I appreciate it.
harkovast - LOL. Great pun. I wish I'd thought of that!!
DragonDeadite - Herrik sort of acts on his own as I write. It's fun to see how Herrik gets out of situations I box him into.
df karnovski and theBSDude - Thanks!
istaerlus - The finger bit just came to me while storyboarding. I wasn't expecting it either.
SoItBegins - Thanks again for stoppin' by.
thefightingstranger - LOL. Great pun! I love it.
Andaren armandoB and seanb47 - thanks folks.
machinehead - now that you mention it, that scene and dialogue sounds familiar. Can't place it, though.
khard12 - none other than Jon Montaigne is hiding in the shadows.
amanda - Yes he was asking for it. And I think with this new page he wants seconds.
Ironscarf - Thanks. I've read your comics and I'd have to say your dreams must be more colorful than mine. ; )
harryq - Thanks for stoppin' by Harry.

Thanks for all the comments. I really like hearing from you all.

See you next week.

And keep on keepin' on.

Herrik's only aspiration in life was to find a career where he could work with his hands.

Responses from last week's comments:

AzuJOD - Not only a hot foot from last week, but I'm sure Herrik has a hot hand from this week. But no pain no gain.
Juvenile Jay - Thanks for stoppin' by again.
Lemniskate - Toadstone has some issues, for sure.
SoItBegins - Oh, Herrik has plenty more fighting tricks. ; )
Doctor Shadow - Funny how in fiction the worse things get, the better things get. I wish real life worked that way.
The New Number Two - Thanks. I really cringed when I wrote that exposition but I didn't know how to get around it. I just rolled with it and made him this ranting, petty villain to make up for my bad writing. (LOL).
istaerlus - Hopefully things got more interesting... : )
The Gravekeeper - Thank god for bad fictional villains!
Zephyrion - Thanks for stoppin' by.
armandoB - Don't let logic get in the way of a petty villain rant. : )
grobles63 - Thanks again, grobles.
thefightingstranger - LOL. And I'm getting a hankering for finger foods now ---- sorry... : )
khard12 - I guess some people just can't let go.
machinehead - very very very boned .... literally.
DAJB and - Crimsonskystudio - Thanks folks!
DragonDeadite - I'm guessing Toadstone had to wipe alot of butts to get that Firestone.
seanb47 - Thanks. I really do appreciate it.
cyberdog - Yes. I make it a point never to mess with another man's toadstone ... or any other stones he may possess.
Ironscarf - Thanks. I'd still prefer to see Endstone colored, but I just don't have the time. So I put all the gray tone on a separate layer just in case I want to remove it and have the pages colored someday.
mattchee - Thank you sir.
theends - Thanks again, Ends.
Andaren - Thanks. And I put Mists of Avalon in my Netflix queue.

Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment everyone. I greatly appreciate it.

See you next week. And keep on keepin' on.
