Tablet

I love my wife dearly but she’s not used to some of the “technolingo” and to make matters worse English it’s a second language. The actual translation for “tablet” in Spanish is “tableta” and its mostly used to define the word “pill”.

First I want to thank everyone for your comments. Trying new technologies, software and equipment is a must for me. Like or not the graphic medium it’s quite competitive and is good to at least know the basics of what’s coming new. I’ll be practicing my “digital inks” with the Snarebang strip. Snarebang is a strip I’ve always hold dear and in order to keep the pace with the Jabali comic. Making Snarebang totally digital saves me a lot of time... let's see how I do.

I’m still new at using the tablet so please forgive any wobbly stroke and the “copy/paste” panels.

Brush vs Tablet (opinions wanted)

Opinions Wanted.

Which one you prefer, the brush or the tablet version?
I been experimenting "inking" with my tablet. I'm not fond of very 'tight' inks mostly because I do all my inks with brush so I'm not looking for perfect lines.

Any comment, help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

BTW, the brush version was done with a Windsor & Newton #3 brush over 80# bristol board. The tablet version was done using a Wacom Bamboo fun tablet with Photoshop CS3.
