18: outside

heh, haven't totally forgotten about this comic. yay for a mix of work and other time consuming real life stuff plus a mix of lazy for long gaps in updating. bleh.

inidas - *in a whisper* don't tell no one, but i think i like this one better too. something fun about it. i'm glad i stole the one panel style from alejkhan! heh.

17: mornings... afternoons...

yay! finally get to put this page up... this was probably the second page i drew for this comic. now the comic can end any time as this page was the whole purpose of putting it up at all... hehe.

anyway... yeah, i like the way this one turned out.

16: long walk

so... my computer died. the really really dead kind of 'died'. motherboard or ram or something must of burnt up cause all i can get is the black screen of death. tried formatting... even tried installing a new hard drive, but the trouble was deeper en all that.

anyway, bought a new computer, but it took a while to get here. got a labtop for convienance sake, though i see that the whole 'screen color' issue hasn't been solved in the seven or eight years since last i purchased a portable pc. meaning some of these new pages might have really dark coloring or extremely odd contrast (odder than usual, i mean) this will last until i get around to hooking up an external monitor to check all the colors, till then, just let me know if the images are too difficult to see.

any rate, lets see if i can get these comics rolling again (i expect the scanner is planning to die soon, seeing my luck of late *grins*)

15: stupid plant

i wanted to try something a little different with this one. unfortuantly, it seems like the size may have gotten too big (a little over 1000 pixels wide, where as i like to stay under 750 for display purposes)

also... the 'tag' thing sizes with the panel, bleh. and some nasty contrast to boot! heh, anyway, i'll probably put the normal bordered version up in a while.

.gif files are kinda a pain, they do lots of odd stuff to the borders... like the nav buttons for instance, they have a white outline (which isn't that obvious with the background) and i have no idea why an image made of black pixels would get a white border in .gif format... except maybe the grey pixals on the edge might have been converted to white durning the optimization... something about the transparency is more likely though i haven't figured all that out (and probably won't, heh)

14: who is that, looking back at me so accusingly

played with the background and nav buttons and stuff... just for the fun of it. i can waste so much time fiddling with silly stuff like that. and it'll probably still get a bit more fiddling before i leave it alone.
