Issue 1 - pg 4 of 24

One of the reasons Adam and I are doing this comic is so we can both improve our comic-ing skills. I feel like there's been tremendous growth between page 1 and this page 4. My inking and coloring on this page are a lot better than previous pages, I think.

What do you think? I can't wait to see how good we are at page 24.

As usual, each page in this issue contains one or more pop culture movie references. There's 1 on this page.

Thanks in advance for your comments and favs!

Issue 1 - pg 3 of 24

Toro's consistantly been a butt-whoppin' machine and he really splattered that zombie. Oops! I love the way that effect turned out.

Every page of this issue contains one or more "pop culture" movie reference(s). There's TWO on this page, can you spot them? They're both VERY DIFFICULT on this page. HINT: one is on panel 1 and the other is on panel 3. ;)

As always, comments are very appreciated.

Issue 1 - pg 2 of 24

Back from vacation in time to post this page. I started experimenting with color and technique and you'll see that my inking/coloring changes as the pages progress... discovering my own style had been made this comic extra rewarding. ;)

Also, the action and time progresses fast in the first 4 pages. In the context of "web comics" (but not in print comic as this comic was designed for print), I want to point out that the continuity of Zoya & Toro not having/having weapons is intentional and will be properly explained by page 5. The only hint I can give now is to look at their palms on page 1 & 2 carefully.

Issue 1 - PLACEHOLDER Cover

THIS COMIC UPDATES ON EVERY FRIDAY.

Issue #1 is to be released starting Friday, April 6th 2007.

We will create this cover after we complete Issue #1.

We will first post the cover after the last page of Issue #1 and will nodoubtedly delete this page and then later reshuffle the real cover to this spot after we start rolling on Issue #2.

Hope that makes sense.
