Things to come (hopefully)

First off, I want to say to anyone who's reading this, is that I miss you guys. Second, I want to reassure you all that I am not, in fact, dead.

As I'm sure many of you know, that sometimes, life happens, and no matter how much you enjoy working on whatever it is you're doing, sometimes you just have to let go.

I have good news, bad news, and good news yet again.

The good news is that I have been collaborating with a very talented writer on his project, and have taken on the heavy responsibility of trying to get a comic book published. This is a very large undertaking, which I will explain in greater detail later, but that leads to the bad news...

...Which is that I will no longer be able to work on "my baby" with any sort of regularity. I promised more good news, which is...

...I will somehow find a way to work on both, which means that in the future I plan on re-vamping this book, bigger and better than ever. Once I finish the script of the first book, I'll get going.

Here's a sneak peak at the new and improved Carter, which reflects the visual direction of "The Long, Hard Road".

Thanks to everyone who left all of those kind words, and again, I missed you guys!

Bear with me, people, this is the first fight sequence I've ever done, so it's a learning experience for me, that's for sure. I'm also practicing my run-on sentences.

P.S. I watched "Pink Flamingos" this weekend. That's not getting out of my head anytime soon.

P.P.S. Speaking of movies, for anyone in the L.A. area, they're doing a screening of "Harold and Maude" at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery this Saturday. Check it out at http://cinespia.org/. I'll be there.
