1. It makes no seance
2. The lack of speech bubbles could prove to be confusing later on.
3. Your sprites have black boxes around them (I'm confused as to how you over looked that mistake)
4. As Alex said, that's shadow and super shadow.
5. the position of the character keeps moving around the boxes.
some other tips would be to change the colour of the border to something other than bright blue and read some sprite tutorials.
