Health Inspectors are ball-busters. It's their job. To say that you like the Health Inspector is to say that you like having your balls busted...and that's just fucked up.
To quote my friend Dan, who summed up the whole inspection process better than I could ever have...
"To make the non-cooking world comprehend, a health inspector coming by is like an audit in your own office, business what have you. Someone who knows dick about you and your circumstance walks in with a list of codes and rules and exerts a shit load of energy to find what you did WRONG while not caring about the hurdles you jump to do it right. You are guilty till proven innocent and even if its all perfect, they think you've pulled something over on them."
So very true!

We had someone complain there was a screw in their takeout (which was bull) and when we told them that we weren't going to sit back and be scammed like a good little restaurant, they called the health inspector, who came in, looked around, looked at my boss and said; those people are idiots.

How about, "No, you fucking retard. You even said you didn't know you were coming here today."
