Will the crew of Mis En Place pass their inspection?
Only time will tell.
I’m not going to go on and on about health inspectors seeing as how I’ve got a few weeks to do so. I recognize this is kind of a sensitive subject. Obviously, health inspectors play an important role. People can get sick and die from poor food handling. I can proudly say that I’ve always been a part of operations that did very well come inspection time.
The majority of us spend more of our waking hours in the kitchen than we do at home! So… naturally we don’t take too kindly to outsiders snooping around, and passing judgment on us.
