| | jazzy | So today I stared at board full of party sheets scheduled for the next four weeks. At least I think there was a board underneath all of those pages.
Restaurants can be pretty hectic come the holidays, what, with all those damn Christmas parties. Fa-la-la-la fuck me!
I will probably be working 75-80 hours for the next few weeks.
I'm thinking my next day off will probably be January 2nd.
With that said, you won't be hearing a peep from me for the next month.
I leave you with a new strip, early, however, to hold you over until 2008.
This one is probably my second favorite, after "The Ad".
G.M.s, and owners are always the last ones to eat in a restaurant. And the last thing you want to do as a cook is cook one more meal after cooking two hundred plus. They always place their orders when us cooks are ready to leave. And, so many of them wonder why they're so disliked. The bastards.
