| | jazzy | I grew up in the suburbs, but my first professional kitchen job after culinary school, was in the city. I worked with some very scary people. Or so I thought. Turns out, most of the people that scared me the most, eventually became my best friends.

Everybody did every station - including dishpit... was a pretty awesome place to work, actually.
