i come to drunk duck this morning and to my surprise, there is now an annoying publicity bar at the bottom of every drunkduck page.
is there any way to get rid of this accursed bar permanently? so that no matter how many times i get out of drunkduck and come back, it never re-appear?

that meebo thingy is seriously getting on my nerves

Do you use chrome or Firefox?  Adblock plus has some filters that can be set up to block it.  Google your adblock of choice and browser and meebo and see what you can find.  I think you're stuck if you're in IE though.

is there a drunkduck exclusive option to deactivate it instead of using Adblock?

It's been there for quite some time, but they did recently revamp it, it looks like.
 
You should be able to hide it by clicking on the arrows in the bottom right. It should remember you did that next time you visit and keep it hidden. I think if you clear your cookies it will have it pop back up though.
