Looks like you have some good info in there. I took a quick glance and I'll have to read the whole thing later. Have you ever read Klaus Jansen's Inking for DC Comics? It's a great reference for ANY illustrator, inker, penciler, or otherwise. Check it out at the library sometime if you've never read it.
