Like last year, we will have a design contest for the award.
 
Just post up your designs here from now until September 3rd. Voting will be held after that.
 
1st place gets to be the award. 2nd place will be the runner up award for the finalist banners.

Okay, here we go.  :)
This has been sitting on my hard drive since before the changeover, and it still uses "Drunk Duck" even though I knew at the time it was going to change to "The Duck"
(here's hoping it doesn't screw up the forum...)
