Hey guys. I'd totally love to work with you guys on these comics some day. I've totally loved HU and HA. Sadly life's too busy lately to get TOO involved at the moment but I would like to submit my character Wireless if you ever send any missions to Canada.

Basic Description:
Wireless is a boy named Kyle who's 18. Gained super powers through supercharged wireless devices and a supercharged microwave in a freak accident. Powers include super speed, psychokinesis, shocking power, and the ability to hack into wireless devices with his mind (even youtube which is pretty downright fun :D) Weaknesses are mainly his lack of knowledge of how to use his powers and also the fact that he has no real physical strength. He mainly fights for what's right though he's a bit clumsy at it (Canada's not really known for superheroes... minus one) and he has a bit of a vendetta against people who use their wealth or influence to be "above the law"

Anyways, I'd be totally honoured if you guys ever used him and his comic can be found at http://www.drunkduck.com/Wireless/ . It hasn't been updating very frequently as I accidently lost the entire first chapter (don't ask me how) but I'm trying to recover it as best I can. Anyways, tell me what you guys think =)

Powers/Weapons: control of lightning, allows him to power battle
suit simular to Shell Tec that also allows flight, has several weapon
systems such as a sholder mounted missile laucher, a plazma lightning
cannon and twin lightning blasters on his wrists.
Origin:
Blitz was a US Navy Seal Team Six member playing tourist for a few
days (while on leave) at the Nazca lines in Peru flying a small rental
plane when a collosal thunderstorm appeared out of nowhere trapping his
plane in the vortex. Desperately trying to doge the hundreds of
lightning bolts shooting towards his plane Blitz collided accidently,
with a massive thunder god rising form the lines in the form of the
ancient Thunder Bird of legand. Awaking later from a coma inside a
hidden CIA base in Brazil six months later, he discovered that he had
absorbed some of the ancient Native American God's powers and was
offered a chance to be recuited by the CIA to become one of the first
superhuman secret soldiers in the War on Terror. He accepted almost
immediately.

Seven months went by as Blitz went on various missions across Africa
and and the Middle East hunting down over a dozen terrorist cells and
destroying recuitment and training camps. Meanwhile the docters and
scientists that had managed to stabilize his powers and save his life
while he was still in the coma, created the S.S.C.S. Markak #1 (Super
Seal Combat Suit) based off the technology of the Japanese super hero
SHELL but powered by the electricity from Blitz's body. Recently he has
recived the permission of his CIA superiors to join the Heros Alliance
on the condition he become a lison officer in their ranks to establish a
working relationship between the CIA and the Heros Alliance.

Appearance/stats: 6ft 7 inches, 230lbs, strawberry-blonde hair,
sea green eyes (left one has two claw shaped scars over his left eye, is
ripped from years in the SEALs, with strong sinewy muscle covering 90%
of his body.  
personality: lone wolf due to years in the SEALs but is kindhearted
person deep deep down. Likes sticking to orders and will never leave a
comrade behind, tends to be quite around ladies but is able and willing
to bring out the wolf. loves to brawl it out with the bad guys and is
capable of fighting without his suit, but powers are much stronger and
harder to control

Origin: Before the two world wars, there was a prediction that Germany would turn into a bad egg so the Russians decided to put a curse in germany to make them unable to do bad. If faled and only worked on one person. This trait was then passed to his predesesors.
Gabriel comes from this bloodline so he can't help but be nice, do what's right and help others. He became a superhero because  while he was walking to a meating place where he and his friend would test a bet regarding paper airplains, there was an armed robery in one of the houses he was passing, he tried to help by trowing three papaer planes into the window and ended up poking the theif with the plane on both eyes. The remaining paper plane was a cover page for a file so it had a giant "Paper Airplane "in the middle of the page. The woman who was being robbed went to the press and told them that it was the work of a superhero. Because of its wide spread popularity villains started to appear in the city. Although Gabriel rather not become a superhero he was forced to take responsibility.
He got used to his new job and ended up liking it.

I dont hav the finalized design sheet. I still need to finalize his costume with my partner, but I'll finish it as soon as I can.

I'd like to submit a newly created character. I haven't touched on him anywhere else and would (if possible) like him to be a part of Heroes Alliance. He's totally new, and as it stands, created just for this.
He goes by the name of "War" and is very gladiator-esque. I've not finalised everything yet, but he acts like a greek god of war and searches for violence. He's pretty strong and has a keen tactical mind in terms of fights. With a name like War, he may join this team for the sole reason that there are battles to be fought. He see's things his way and his way only and will be the one team-member who will be the first to second-guess anything he doesn't like.
He's arrogant, some team-members may not like him but he's also a valuable ally. He's not one to back down from a fight. Think of him as possibly the "wild-card" on the team. He's the "killer" of the team.
Hopefully you guys will use him, I'd love to write him and see him in some raging battles.

Yeah, I can see that there's going to be a bit of friction with the group if War is only driven by glory and bloodlust.
Which raises the question, does HA have any sort of in-universe guidelines for how things are run? I mean, so far, the only deliberate "killing" we've seen would have to be to rip Thrawn's heart out and toss it into orbit around Saturn, but nothing that has required any real cold blood as of yet.

The "War" character sounds intriguing to me. And I do like to have controversies in the team, it emphasizes the different personalities. As you describe him, he reminds me a bit of Ares, who used to be a member of the Avengers at some point, and then of Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers. I do think Seb has a point, but I guess it would only be really hard to swallow for a die-hard pacifist -- do we have some on the team? I think they all at least believe in the necessity to punch people sometimes =D
 
As for Seb's comment - no official guidelines. It's pretty much open to the individual members to make that decision. I don't think there's anyone on the team who really condones killing though - so any blatantly unnecessary killing should create a conflict. Also, I'm not sure anyone involved really thought of ripping Thrawn's heart out as killing him. If so, then Thrawn has already been dead time and time again :P

Like I said. Ripping Thrawn's heart out, as in, sending an endlessly resurrecting monster back to slumber, is not an act of cold blood and thus is not really anti-hero business.

Well in terms of War he won't always kill. Sure, he's narrow-minded and wants to fight this war, but I assume if he thought someone's battle plan was a good one, he may listen to it. Of course, if not--he will either go do it anyway or be violent. This friction on the team may be needed. I assume Bombshell will understand he does't work well with others, but wants him on the team.
Hopefully you like this character, I think he'll make a good impression on the group and will end up being one of the stronger "voices" of the team, for good or bad.

Whipped up how I see War would look like. This is him dressed for full battle, so I doubt he would wear this alot of the time. I imagine him, in most cases/issues, to not have the shoulder-armour on (I'll draw a ref of that too if needs be).

This isthe character im submitting is Bones from my comic, "Putrid Meat". he isnt decidedly good or evil, but self serving. as far as "super powers" go he doesnt have much. no super strength or speed, no major regenerative powers or flight or anything like that, but what he IS is virtually unkillable and he will CONTINUE to come back at you again and again until he's done what he wants to do. his Achilles heel is that you need to harm his brain in order to kill him, but his skull is of the hardest known substance in the universe, so that's not so easy.
what does he have to offer to the HA? He is without fear and THRIVES on adrenaline and excitement. while he's not the easiest person to get along with, if he's convinced to do something, he WILL do it, planet-eating super creeps in the way or not and he will have damn fun doing it! He may join because they may need him for something, i think.also, being the more semi-devious, he'll be albe to think like a villain and how to be invasive among them.
since he's a very independant character, i think he will need to be invited rather than join willingly because he wouldnt  go out've his way to join an organization with rules to bog him down and what not. BUT, if they have something to offer him or to keep his interests he will cooperate and make sure he does what he's needed to do.
as for his relationship with the other characters. i imagine he could be abrasive, at least at first, but if there are some that accept his flaws he will naturally be more willing to get along with those individuals better. the chicks i imagine he'll hit on some, and Desperado and he will engage in some harsh drinking contests im sure since HE thinks he's the greatest drinker that's ever lived.

Unfortunately my partner for the paper Airplane bailed on me and sort of moved away to another country. She was supposed to be the artist because she was more skillful than me. I now basically just have a script. So now I'm going solo. I still don't have a reference sheet but I have unfinnished cover art of Paper Airplane which I did all by my self. I unfortunately wont be able to finish it soon since I need my own computer for photoshopping the color onto it.
