Your comic is still very new so there's not that much to critque on seeing as the comic is about a 50/50 blend of filler and legitimate comic. I do urge you to pay attention to your colors. If you're doing this in MS Paint, there are more colors than the default choices it presents you. I strongly urge you to play around with that and avoid the retina-burning cyan/yellow/bright green combinations.

I second the comment about color choice, it hurts the eyes. Also becareful about how you postion the stick figures, half the time they look akward and completly unreal. As far as the story goes, it is hard to tell if there is one. If your trying to be serious and tell an ongoing story, be serious. The gags and breaking the forth wall just don't seem to be working.

Click "More" on the color window and scroll the bars around a little, or click around on the color wheel. Paint.net can do as many colors as anything else you might hope for.
Why not try to use more muted colors in backgrounds and a bit brighter in the foreground? It'll give off the same impression you might want, but won't be so hard on the eyes.
