Meet the infamous Dorian Gray, a phenomenally beautiful dandy, and an impressionable, petulant young man, who will stop at nothing to keep all the glory of his red-rose splendour. Dorian’s twisted formation into a vain, amoral sadist happens when Basil Hallward, a painter and close personal friend to Dorian, completes a portrait of the youthful lad. Immediately upon viewing the finished work, Dorian becomes dreadfully aware of his own sense of beauty. Jealous of this immortal painting, he makes a pact with evil; he sells his soul in order to keep his youth. Preceding his disclosure of this hot desire, a demon wish granter in the form of a black cat named ‘D’, arrives to confirm the pact. His transaction with ‘D”, allows the painting to take on his many sins and degradations while his physical appearance remains unmarred.
