Anyone who's been reading Pokemon XS will know that the commanders of Neo Team Rocket keep their identities a secret and cover their faces with helmets.

You'll also know that the main characters are currently in a battle with one such commander, well, in the issue that has literally just come out, his helmet is taken off, and his identity reveraled to the world!
