Well, I was originally going to post a whole chapter after I was done, but I could not resist. :P

Synopsis;
When uncommon abilities fall upon the World to reside inside each living being's body, changes occur.
Experimenting with these new cells has become a serious matter.
Discovering the reason behind it all is not seeming to turn easy.
Scientists support their views.
But religious sides count, too.
Legend says, when a man made contact with the surface of a black hole in the edge of the 5th Universe, everything changed.
Of course, that is just a little legend grandparents would tell to their grandsons before sleeping time.
But, let's switch to this same moment. The "now", the "today."
Supernaturality has been banned. Governments of the world have conspired to leash every single being with a collar, extracting and abducting every single supernatural cell in their bodies, and containing them in different places.
Why?
"As amusing as it is, Supernaturality can cause disasters."
Valid reason, many of them think.
It is.
This "magic" can be nice.
Or it can be dreadful.
Obviously, it depends on the user.
Those who managed to escape the commotion have disguised themselves while being chased by authorities. The ones in the black list do not have many possibilities of relying on survival.
These "rebels" still conserve their uncommon abilities. They take the lives of other rebels to extract their prey's energy, making themselves stronger after every single kill. Some of them are accompanied by infants, leashed people willing to learn other ways of battling thanks to their superiors, despite the fact of having an unbreakable leash around their necks, prohibiting them from full-use of magic.
Thanks to the black market and its weapons, not being a suepernatural-celled being and purchasing a deadly original weapon do not differ in great amounts.
Some of these greedy rebels are leaders of the governments themselves.
Where does this take us?
Selfishness. Abuse. A bunch of power-hungry cowards.
It is after hearing about a life-changing plan for society when a free user decides to have a "serious-talk" with the high authorities, which leads him to a completely different journey not many experience in the end.
The whole story may seem crappy now, but trust me, when being told in the manga itself, it is going to be way better, I hope.
It'd be appreciated to have some comments on it. Don't have much so far, but I am not giving this up. (:
