Yeah, it's actually great for making comic and sprite comics. It's much better to use than MS Paint if you don't have Photoshop.

What surprises me is that someone(s) have down voted it. The only thing I can think of is that they don't use Flash so they don't think it's helpful.

Thing is, it's one of the most in depth tutorial on this site and if you used Flash, this would give you a great basic understanding on how to use it for this purpose
