In the middle of a big industrial city, there still lies a small village where KUNG FU rules the day! A place where every man, woman, and child can kick your ass! A place that largely is ignored by the rest of the world...until one day, when a lone stranger comes stumbling into town, chased by ninjas. He is aided by two of Kung Fu Town's locals and begs their help in an errand. But little do they know that what looks easy at first is anything but...

I have also created a forum for KFK, in which i will be showing behind the scenes art and answering any questions you guys might have about the series and me in general!

The concept of this comic takes me back to the 70's era when movies such as 'Enter the Dragon', 'Fist of Fury' were uber cool. Being a child of the 70's your cover page did return me to my childhood. This is the sort of comic that I would love to do someday before I die. So I look forward to seeing where you take this project. It does look as though it will kick some ass (no pun intended, or maybe it was).

funny you should mention those movies, as that was what i had in mind when designing this, along with the chinese connection, and more recently kung fu hustle.

Ooh, that looks like it's gonna be good. Are you gonna use those Bruce Lee flicks and Kung Fu Hustle as references for your shot/angle choices for your panels? Jet Li's "Hero" might be a good one too since there are nice shot choices in duels there.

I am not sitting there thinking of those movies verbatim when im drawing my comic...that is to say, you arent going to see my character have a fight in a mirror funhouse lol...what i meant was mostly in concept...I was very impressed with Kung Fu Hustle most notably in how the apartments was the center of the action and story (when stephen chow blows the hole through the one side of the building it was awesome!) I just kept stuff like that in mind. Hero is another movie i thought of, with its grand scope and vision. you have to understand that i am not aiming for just another run-of-the-mill fight webcomic. I'm creating something I feel is truly grand and epic. Otherwise, I wouldn't be so proud of it. I mean, I've made a forum for it, posted preview art, all of this ive never done for any of my other comics. I believe that what I've got her is worth looking at.

I really urge everyone to check it out and stick with it, it may seem unimpressive at first, but it is going to really open up and blow you away with what i have planned.

We find our heroes in the sewers under Hasegawa's mansion when they are ambushed by Hasegawa's son! Theres no way up down or out but to FIGHT!

so getting closer to 21 DAYS OF FIGHT...I've had some record setting days the past two days for page views on this comic. That tells me two things...that I'm doing a pretty good job hyping this thing up and getting people to at least check out this book. Now I'd like you to leave comments, if you are registered users! so i had 300+ page views when i was pimping this thing and now its shrunk to 80...
