First off.... WOW.
Next, I am so happy that you got rid of the watermark on every page. If you have it copy wrote, all you need is the c circle mark and the date that is was copy gaurded. The warning in the comments are not needed as well, it is just like a dare to some people. I know you worked hard on this, and want to protect it, but one or two warnings will do, and let the prtection laws do the rest.
Have you been to Japan, or have you seen the "real" manga?
If no.... yours is dead on! and the remark about the cartoony face.... well it does fit.

Actually, you can type the © symbol into anything DIRECTLY (including Photoshop) by pressing (and holding) ALT then typing 0169. this is known as an "ALT Code" in ASCII speak.

Great work. I think the artistic style is very good, but the backgrounds are very sparse. Which in some cases can help or hinder. The story needs some more breakout panels to give people a real sense of where the characters are. Setting and mood are critical to any dramatic story. I have no trouble understanding the characters emotions or state of mind. Over all, strong work.
