Hiya everyone! :)
For the past few months I've been working on some comic hosting software of my own, and right now it's looking pretty good. Unfortunately, as the person who programmed it, I'm probably the last person who should be testing it.
Currently I have a couple of people testing the system out for me, but only one is really using it, and she isn't really putting it through it's paces, so I'm hoping that some people here might help me out and agree to sign up for comic accounts over at Comic Dish to help me break (and then fix) my system :)
So, any takers? It actually works very similarly to Drunk Duck. There are some functionality differences, and for now you can't just start a comic account (since I'm still in the testing phase, you make a forum account, and request a comic account, and then I give you permissions to use the comic system). Otherwise, those of you who use DD will probably find yourself very much at home there.
So if you're interested in helping me out (and I really, really could use it :) ) then hop on over to http://forum.comicdish.com , make a forum account and post a message in the general forum area that you would like to help out. As soon as I see it, I'll give you access to the comic account software, and you can play around.
If you want to see it in action with a comic that is still currently updating, you can go to http://pocketkitten.comicdish.com . Hers is the only that is really using it. You can go to http://anything_goes.comicdish.com [anything] as well, but that hasn't been updated in a while. I mostly use it to test functionality with
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here, or there. :)
(and in case anyone is wondering, I already spoke with Black Kitty about this, and she okayed it with Volte6)
