Soo... yeah. Check out my comic in its early stages. I have pages up to 200 drawn, it's just taking a while to get them all on the net in a readable format. Updates every other day, in all likelihood, and i'm currently also in the process of resizing the huge first comics. Bear with me! Coga Suro's looking to be a long-term project as far as DD is concerned, so stick with it for the smaller comics, longer storylines and better art to come!

I'm less popular than sprite comics. Depressing.

Hey that sounds like sprite comics are low level things. That's not true, well the plot seems okay, the drawing needs work, it's a matter of practice so no worries, but that's your biggest flaw, the appeal of the comic is really really important so keep working your art drawing and coloring (for example lear to use light and shadows) that would be a huge plus to you.

I believe your comic's just fine. But thicker lines and better lettring (a different font or handwritten) would improve your style I think. Also, if you're going for more action parts in your comic instead of gags (which seems to be happening at the current), you might want to think of changing the four panel formula. It'll make the comic more fun to read and it can help making the actions more convincing.
I like that you have made your own style by choosing to color it all with pencil with different structures per space. But the space outside of the panels is also colored grey. This way it all gets a real 'greyish' look, which may not attract much new readers. But I try to be very careful with saying these things, since I don't want to mess with your own style.

So if I were you I'd try to experimate with thicker lines, and try to find a way to stay original but to get rid of that 'too much grey'-look. It might make your comic a little fresher and you'll be getting new readers more easily.

So good luck with your comic, and I'll be stopping by to see where this comic goes :)
And props for choosing for a hand drawn style :)

The main issue with Coga Suro is that I have improved my art in the ways stated above. It's just that I've got, like, 210 pages drawn out already, and it's taking ages to get them all computered-up and posted. Basically what I need is for people to bear with me until I can catch up with myself. What you're seeing at the moment is roughly 2-year-old art.
As far as lettering is concerned: The lettering is handwritten on the raws I do. But after I've scanned the pages in and resized them, it goes from fairly legible to illegible pretty quick. So I kinda have to type them in.
What's made the comics take so long to 'computer-up' is the fact that everyone talks in different fonts. So, I've decided to drop this and do all text in a single font, at the moment Comic Sans MS. This will hopefully allow me to do the pages a little quicker.
The comic keeps the four-panel layout until about #150, so this may be an issue. After this, however, I do start to experiment a bit with layouts and it gets much less restrictive.
One thing I would like advice on; the colour outside the panels. I see what you mean about the grey. It does make the comic look a little... i dunno, flat? What do you think would be a good colour to change this to?
Note; the comic does have a colour page at #50, and switches to colour after about #120 . The colour then changes to pencils and tone closer to #180.
And thanks for taking a look and offering advice!

Apologies for the scary wall of text!
Okay, much of Coga Suro is now resized to a more viewer-friendly size, and in a fetching blue border. Yay!

*bumps*
Sorry about the shameless bump, but I'm getting the feeling that people have stopped reading this.
Just to mention that Chapter 5 is being posted, and with it, volume 1 is drawing to a close. The art will improve as I post up the more recent pages and volumes 2 and 3
So, if people would bear the... ah... pre-improved art and stick with me, I'd be grateful.

Well, I found out how to get this running, if anyone's interested...
