Welcome, Taki. I've been following You'll Never Die on your website, and love the comic. Your water coloring is top-notch! I like that you only use color for the flashbacks, making them feel warm and rich.

I'm curious where this revenge story is going, and look forward to reading it as you post it!

New page looks awesome as ever, Taki. I'm curious to see where this is going, and I'm hooked by the mystery of what happened to her boyfriend and why. Not many people can just disappear off the street after getting the crap kicked out of them.

I also love your flashbacks in color (especially the water color pages you've done), and I can't wait for the next one of those.

Keep it up!

Allow me to say bravo! I am liking the art, the detail and the story. I love comics that take pride in their story and this has that going on. I do the writing for my comic (Jason handles the art) so I always focus on the story before art (because we get no props!)

I love how the story is told, it is very noir-ish. I don't want to call it a throwback comic because it is very fresh. But it has a comfortable feel to it. I am going to keep checking it out!

Awesome EmeraldCity! I consider myself an artist first, writer second, but it's SO DANG awesome to hear that people are digging the story almost more than the art. It really is.

And thank you, yeah, the whole mod-noir (??) thing was a risk, but it seems that people are cool with it.

Thanks again!!

No fears about me keeping reading - "You'll Never Die" is marked as fave and recommended on my sites!

Also, Firefly rocks my feeble clerk world. I can't wait for the new comic series to start up.

My girlfriend gets Buffy season 8, but since I stopped watching the show around season 5 (whenever it changed station, because during college we didn't get UPN) I had to stop watching it. So I have no idea what's going on.

Thankfully, I've started buying the seasons for her on DVD, and we're currently half-way through season 2. I'll be caught up in no time!

Love the new page, by the way. "Peace-ing" was a great touch.

ah! you're in for a treat!!! although some claim that after season 5, the show wasn't the same... but six and seven had its own wonderful pillars that is Buffy goodness, I hope you enjoy them.

And woo! I've had responses about 'Peace-ing' a lot, that makes me feel tingly good.

Thanks.

Oeming fan art = me teh jealous.

Like all of this stuff though, it looks amazing. I'm glad that he had time to do this, with all the other projects that he works on. He's one busy guy.

I take it there are details about how to submit fan art on your website?

Loved the facial expression in the second panel. That does look like a painful injury.
