Viral Catastrophe

Okay, so maybe it's a pokemon sprite comic, but I don't think you should disregard it just because. I'm not completely dense in the way that I haven't firgured out that most drawn comic artists on DD hate sprite comics. I can draw (in fact, I have a drawn PoKe comic also. Called TBAPA. But this is not important.) and I realize that sprites limit one's potential, but I also believe that they just need extra care to live up to current standards. I tried to go the original route by eliminating common cliches found in Poke comics. Trainers, gyms, contests, being a master.....gone. I tried to be darker and make it much more violent and serious. (Sprite comics are hard to make serious, I know.)

You see, I'm trying to eliminate the stereotype that all sprite comic-ers and Poke comics are un-original. I even went a sort of extra mile by adding some drawn panels (Which will be better when I get a darned scanner. I draw them in Paint.Net for now.) and creating a new region, with the addition of dramatic camera angles and new backgrounds. Sure, maybe it's not THAT original, and maybe it's not original at all for a Poke comic, but I tried. So, in closure, I'm basically just saying:

Give it a chance. You may like it...

And critique is welcome, of course.
