Looks REALLY good, seems like you managed to emulate the manga style nicenly.

Overall the pace seems really slow though, not much actually happening.

My biggest problem is that I was loosing track of who was who in the panels, since they all look pretty similar spare tiny details like the necklace.

I think you'd benifit storywise with some basic tones, to help 'color' the characters so to speak.

But, the style is very slick and consistant, which makes for an easy read otherwise.

I'm not much for the shounen ai, but it's very readable for the genere.

.....and sadly it's another one of those comics where the men looks very feminine.

In some panels it's hard to see if its a man or a woman.
