But thats not the point! the point is you are finally safe from fear drunkduck...as the greatest superhero of all time has finally arrived to right wrongs, save the innocent and generally kick ass.
Cain Underhill was the unwanted son of the legendary first class swinger Johnny Underwood... cursed with a kickass name that he just can't live up too, Cain's life is pretty horrible. Not helping is the fact he lives in New London, which has the worlds worst, Crime, Homicide, Suicide, Rape, Robbery and Grand Theft Auto Rates. It also has the highest beating a homeless person rate amongst thousands of others but the citizens regard there homeless kicking rather highly... But all this changes when Cain gets accidently involved in an experiment, and is transformered into Safety Man!
Using his new found powers of Flight and Regeneration of Wounds (er.. this happens eventually...) Cain leaps into action to save the damned city. Unfortunatly... his mind was also altered, his actions are often suicidal and reckless and usually the result is the exact opposite of what he is trying to do. NO MATTER THOUGH! SAFETY MAN WILL MAKE IT SAFE!

please note, the comic is suprah violent in parts and would be highly offense.. dispite the fact that its stick people. so even though the rating thingy is stuck at E its supposed to be T.
