Hi, just wanted to plug my comic One Piece: Grand Line 3.5 and get a bit of feedback since I'm still new at this. If you're familiar with DM of the Rings, Darths & Droids, or Benders and Brawlers (that one's on this site) then you probably know what's coming up. It's basically One Piece reimagined as a roleplaying campaign.

I have absolutely no faith in my drawing ability, so I thought that maybe an RPG screen cap comic might be something I would be able to do (not that I'm suggesting those who do can't draw or anything like that). Thanks for taking the time to look at this and hope you enjoy the comic. ^_^

Figured that now's as good a time as any to bump this thread after finishing the first episode of One Piece. One down, 498 episodes, 10 films, and 5 OVAs to go!

Once again, I'm bumping this thread due to the completion of the Captain Morgan arc.  Hope you enjoyed the web-comic so far and I hope you enjoy the Captain Buggy arc even more.  XD

This comic rocks so much! I have literaly laughed at least 40 times reading this comic already. There are some legendary quotes in this parady and I would reccomend everyone to read it at least once. Kudos x3 to you, keep up the great work!!!

Hi.  Just thought I'd bump this thread again and announce the completion of the Buggy Arc.  We'll be starting the Devil's Tower arc very soon.  ^_^

I think it's great! You've really landed a lot of solid punchlines while still keeping in the nature of the show and some of its key moments. Kudos especially to the way you handled the Shushu scene - that was brilliant, and genuinely touching. 
Also? Genuinely intrigued by the twist you threw in at the end of the Buggy Arc. Trying to figure out how this is going to interplay in future Arcs, and it's driving me up the wall.
Um... critiques time, I guess:
- The choice of font bothers me? I feel like there are other choices out there that are easier on the eyes. (This only really became obvious when you guest-comic'd for Friendship Is Dragons - the difference in readability came as a bit of a shock.) My recommendation is to investigate the Georgia or Times New Roman-esque font families; Verdana and Helvetica do not, admittedly, work with the setting or style.
- That header... Come on dude... You could probably design a much, much better header/logo than that. And if you can't, I bet you have a friend that could. XD Admittedly, the header's improved over time, and the current incarnation is the best of the bunch... but unfortunately, that isn't saying a lot. Recommendations: either go a little abstract, or try and photoshop something out of the existing logo. Pro-tip, screenshots, especially one with bad .jpeg artifacts, rarely make for quality design.

Hmm... well.  I guess now's a good a time as any to start experimenting
with fonts again.  I'll see what I can do about that, but is the header
a big deal?  I recently made a leaderboard-size (728x90) ad banner
(can't really figure out where to put it, though), but I doubt it works
very well as a header... hmm... >_>
You know what would really work
for a header?  A screenshot of Luke rolling dice.  Unfortunately, I
don't remember him ever rolling any dice in any of the 544 aired
episodes of One Piece :p.  Maybe I should ask someone from Dev Art to
draw it instead...  ~_^
