I just added another page to my comic, so please take a look and let me know what you think. I am keen to get some feedback on how it is going.
Thanks!

You really didn't have to make a second topic on your comic when your other was still on the first page (even if it was to add the crit to the title).

Anyway, the coloring is nice, your pacing seems appropriate, and it looks like a decent story can emerge. I may have to follow this one.
That's "Dr. BlkKnight" to all of you.

Sorry, I forgot to ask for crit on the last one.
I just went through and reposted all the pages with better colours.
See what you think.

I love the new color and the story has become very interesting. Looks like it will be an epic fantasy ... recommended to fantasy readers!

On the crit side, you might want to try to put gutters between your panels... it's a pain in the ass to draw but it can make it a little easier to read. I was going to add that having different panels sizes can help make pages more visually interesting and vary the "view" (close up, long view, etc) but you did those things on the last couple of pages :)

I look forward to following your story.

Thanks,
Ag

I didn't want thinks to get too hectic early on, as there is quite a lot of back story and explanation going on, but I hope to add in more interesting views, such as the large image with the giant, in the future.
Is guttering white lines separating the panels? I did that on page two I think, I will give it a go on some future pages and see how it works.

Yeah man, that's it exactly. I do like your most current page... it makes sense to show the big guy on a splash page to get the impact of his size (I feel bad for the good guys, at this point).

I think it's a really sucky day to be one of the good guys!! I like the color and the page "says" a lot without any text. I like the look with the panel seperation. also, I agree that a little teaser doesn't hurt :)

Thanks,
AG

First off, I really like the writing. It reads like out of a fantasy novel, imo. Really good stuff. The art is consistent, great use of colors , etc. One thing I'd like to point out, though, is that in that frame where it shows "the nameless" with the big bad dude up front, you can clearly see it's a BIG army. But in the frames thereafter it's just isolated action shots with nothing going on in the background - the last frame especially because it shows three men with absolutely nobody behind them.

If you don't plan on editing these, I recommend adding in some more background noise in the future - alot of grey figures swinging at eachother and whatnot.

Anyway, great job. I'll be reading, and thanks for adding me as a friend.

Your art and layouts don't conform to anything I would ever recommend and yet it all seems to work. It has a timeless quality; it reminds me of looking at some old tapestry or something, but it looks new. It reminds me of work done by people like Raymond Briggs, who do comic strips but are seen as real artists and not 'comic book' guys.
I'm not going to suggest anything in case you turn out to be a genius and I turn out to look like a prat!
Er........boo!

Wow thanks!
To even get mentioned in the same sentence as Raymond Briggs is a massive complement.
It is drawn by me in pencil, traced in pen, then coloured by my wife in prisma-colour pencils and then scanned onto the computer and edited a bit and text is added on.
I'm really happy that people are enjoying the results.
