Anarchy 2090: Slice of Life with superpowers!


Some people are born normal. Some people are born with magical abilities. Some are born with genetic flaws.

After a terror attack on New York City 10 years earlier thousands of young people in the tri-state area have developed super powers. Follow a group of infected suburbanite teenagers as they live, love, fight small town baddies, and generally piss each other off! : D

You have a cute style and I like the sense of humor I can tell this comic is going to have. ^_^

Comparing the first run of Anarchy 2090 to the new AN2090 ... It's amazing to see how much you've grown as an artist! And also good to see that you didn't give up on your idea, but instead you're revamping it for what you see as being better.

Crit, page 2:

Really nice intro, kind of a whimsical approach to the narration which i enjoyed. One beef i had right off the bat was how thick your panel lines were, it almost overpowers the artwork inside. Halving the border thickness would give the art a lot more breathing room.

I also really like how you laid out panels 3-6, the carefree emotion of the character really showed through and set up for the shock at the bottom, which worked but also threw me off for a second because the style was so different from the anime one before it.

But overall a great set-up and intro page, would have me clicking 'next' if there were more pages. :)

Oh man, thanks for taking the time to take a look at the original comic too! I've been told I improve fast... but its hilarious to compare them if you look at the 2005 art of Anarchy 2090 and the art in the new comic. xD;
