Well, I think this is the first time I've ever seen a Sonic and Megaman comic before.
Well, good points that you have good grammar for a sprite comic artists. No offense, but I've seen my fair share of Sprite comics with really bad grammar.
The down-side is that it is a sprite comic. I think that if you really want to break out of the whole "bad sprite comic" thing, I would try and not make the comic 2D. (You know, add some perspective).
I would also work on the text bubbles if I were you. They look pretty bad.
Other than that, you got a fairly good comic there under your belt.

I made a sonic and megaman comic when i first joined... it didn't turn out too well...
