Hmm, okay, I hope this won't sound too harsh, but you want crit, so here's some.

The art: Well, obviously the art isn't the most important thing about your comic because it is a gag comic. Still, the art can do its part in adding to the presentation of the joke, or it can be a distracting annoyance. While a very well-written and funny gag comic may survive on poor art, a well-written and funny AND nicely drawn comic will draw in many more readers. Now, your art certainly isn't the worst I've seen on the 'net, but I would advice you to keep working on it. For one thing, there are often anatomy issues. A mistake often made by aspiring cartoonists is that they don't learn anatomy first because, yes, we stylize and simplify in comics, and many cartoonists don't draw realistic style. Still, one cannot stylize successfully without learning the basics of anatomy first. Your characters' anatomy and poses come off as stiff, undynamic and awkward. This is especially the case in action scenes. But hey, you're doing this for fun, so it probably doesn't bother you that the comic doesn't look very professional, and that's cool... I'm just trying to give you tips on what to work on.
Another issue that shouldn't be too hard to fix is technicalities; especially the colouring. I don't know what program you use and how you use it (my guess would be Photoshop?), but the outlines don't look good, try to make them look smoother; plus, there's white pixels between the colouring and the outlines which is something I HATE to see, because it's ugly and it's not neccessary, it can be fixed. I won't get into the technical details now, there are tons of tutorials for colouring, but yeah, I advice you to do something about that.
That's my major tips for the art, I could say more, but this should suffice, eh?

Now, the humor... Oh, the humor. I've seen this kind of humor in a million webcomics, and in nearly all cases it's just not funny. It's called random humor. Now, there are people who like this kind of humor, I suppose. Like, really young ones... Well, I'll just say this: Just because something is random, silly, or offensive, doesn't mean that it's automatically funny. I'm sorry I don't have anything more constructive to say about that, but, yeah... I didn't LOL.

Not that my opinion should mean all that much, seeing how there are so many comics with that kind of humor out there, I guess there has to be an audience for it. I'm just not one of them.

Hope that was helpful.

...Wow, I really have too much time on my hands.

What Cookie says is true. Your artwork will seperate your comic from everyone elses...so keep drawing! The better you can make it the more people will want to look at it. Y'gotta have pretty pictures to suck an Audience in...since most comic readers tend to like images.
I didn't understand some of the humor, but silly isn't bad. There's an audience for wacky...and there's a lot of people who don't care to read and get into a story, just have a good laugh.
Keep trying to work in some sort of character development though...evolve the characters and their personalities and don't just make them joke-spouting mouths. That way you'll trick the casual joke-readers into getting something more.
Oh, and most importantly...don't let anyone tell you your work is bad and give up.
Just keep at it and enjoy what you do and you'll get there.
