Hello everyone, only 3 strips so far but I feel the comics off to a good start.

I like the artistic style, simple, neat and distinctive, suits the mood well. Som of the dialogue occasionally makes it hard to follow what's going on, but other than that it seemed pretty fun. You'll have to be careful with this type of comic, not to end up as just another 'The N00b' clone, but it looks to be not going that way so far. The thing with the jumping around and begging in underwear made me laugh, the best gamer comics are generally the ones that are of observations that players will recognise and relate to.

My comic will in no way ever be like "the noob comic" Trust me, part of the reason for making this comic is my dislike for that one lol.

I also like the style, but the faces can use a little more expression. It isn't hilarious, but quite funny and I'm curious for the next page.
So, it's a fine comic!

Yea i've been considering a few ways to improve facial expressions. I'll probably attempt one in the next strip.

It's been a while since my last update. So I'm hoping to get the next strip up by tomorrow or earlier the next day...been busy...stupid work lol.

I like the general tone of the comic as well as the steady hand creating the graphics and such ... yes, the characters could show additional expression, but that also makes it necessary to show more emotion in the dialog ... the dog chasing its tail thing ... or chickens and eggs. If you're comfortable doing it in the current style, stick with it as you practice enlarging the style on the side ... Your first impression is solid enough.

I enjoy the humor of this comic. its kinda like what i went through playing everqust for the 17 minutes that i did. the art itself i cannot say anything about cause its severely stylized.

The comic takes place in an mmorpg like universe where the characters of my comic in theory are player avatars that control themselves but don't know that they are not real. Everything in the world is real to them.

So while it takes place inside a game setting, I didn't want to make it as much gaming humor as I wanted it to be as though the chars are living their lives.

There should be a new strip of it up late tonight. Sometime after primetime tv.

Sorry for not updating this week, yet. Work has been a real pain. They up'd my hours so I have less time to spend on strip worth then usual.

You've got some great beginnings to an awesome comic. The art is simple, which I love, and the humor is fantastic. I actually like these type of comics; you don't have to know what the previous comic was; you can just read it.

Ok so good news, the strip has been written and im working on the concept sketches as i write this. SO..the 5th strip should be up today or tomorrow if all goes according to plan.

Love the art, love the idea. You have a lot of potential. The only thing I can suggest is to come up with more varied jokes. It seems like after the first strip, all 4 have ended on a "Telek is so stupid" joke. If you can come up with more jokes like the first one, and less "Blah blah blah plot blah story blah HAHAHA TELEK IS STUPID" strips, it will be quite amazing.

I'm faving it by the way, I intend to keep a close watch on it. Good luck!

Atm im trying to display each characters personalities. Now that Telek is passed out there is going to be some strips of just Clear Mage and Paladin to develop a character for them. Once I feel i've drilled the individual characters into my audiences brains i'll move on to the actual story and more/differnt jokes. Which will be soon.

Very funny, the part where the fairy drowned was hilarious in my opinion, Telek is so stupid! lol!

He is stupid but he packs quite a punch.

I went through the (admittedly small) archives and i'm impressed, to be honest. Youve got some pretty solid writing going on and the art (though very static) seems solid. I guess the art style suits the story, but i prefer more dynamic movements.

Good stuff.

Lol yea the archives is pretty small atm but for a weekly updated strip means its been around for nearly 2 months. Not counting the the 3 months it sat dormant between strip 3 and 4.

The art is suppose to be a simple brightly/richly colored style. I'm still tweaking it though, mainly background atm but i'll eventually get around to everything.

Heh, mine's pretty new as well, so don't think that i was bustin on you for a small archive. I've only been around since December, myself.

Your comic is very amusing. The art is kinda minimalistic, but you don't need thoroughly detailed art to have a good laugh. I like the storyline, too. Keep up the good work.

News like update:
Ok well MMORPC is probably going to go on its regular hiatus type interval between updates exepct this time im going to be puttinga ton of work into making new strips. So, when the next update arrives there will be about 10 new strips waiting to go up, which will update twice weekly for 5 weeks, giving me a strip buffer zone to hopefully destory the illusion of a hiatus. so two woots for that.
