The coloring appears very flat and your anatomy is sort of off. But it's ok! We know you will practice and be really good soon! Practice makes perfect! LOL! <3!

Looks promising! I would suggest though, not to include too much dialogue in one panel. Spread it out in two or three panels, so you get a chance to draw more variation in expressions as the two people talk and interact. That would make it more interesting and coax imagination much more.
