Doesn't matter what genre or style, as long as they're the evil ones. You can blab about them too but you must have pictures (poster art or sketches or cropped from your comics, what have you).

I'll start. These are sketches I did for a RPG project for free. I'm sure that project is many years dead now; I designed for them for free cuz I felt like it, cuz the premise was fun. It's a RPG where you are the villain.


The main character is a prince who was exiled because he took an interest in forbidden black magicks. I'm not gonna color the sketches but his costume color scheme is black dominant. The eye design on his front and back marks him as a user of forbidden magic. I based him on Jim Morrison.


One of the prince's party. I'm not in charge of giving them stories but I think up little stories for myself as I draw. I envision her as speaking softly and tersely, always in the shadows and appears to the prince when she deems fit (she doesn't walk with him). She mostly prefers to appear on the ceiling or pillars or walls, rather than walking in the door. Black costume color scheme.


A disgraced gunpowder knight. Swore fealty to the exiled prince. He's one of the very few of the prince's followers who's fundamentally good.


A sorceror, master of ritualistic magic (as opposed to field magic). One of the most overtly evil characters of the party, but also the most erudite and philosophical. Likes to tinker with different demonic/undead limbs in place of a right arm, for self defense but also for rituals.

C'mon guys, let's see and hear about your villains.

This is Fudo. I guess he's a villain since he is fairly insane and always trying to kill the protagonists. He's a former assassin who has taken killing into the realm of hobby/sport. He's particularly ticked off at his ex-wife Kaida. He uses knives, one favorite one for stabbing and slicing, and a bunch of throwing knives.

Oooo, fun! Maximilian Orlock is obviously the villain of my story. Or at least he's the meanest dude and has the big, scary castle with demon helpers and....ect. ect.

I'm too lazy to get into a big bio here....he's a freakish vampire who sired my main vamp character, Jack. His background is a mystery at the moment.

Most of the villains I have now are pretty generic as far as "Oh no it's the bad guy" types. But they are pretty cool generic bad guy aliens!

My main villain at the moment is Power Grand.
Having the ability to increase and decrease energy fluctuations makes him immensely dangerous. He's the leader of the 3 "chosen" predator grands.
I love the way his design turned out but he is a hassle to draw over and over again!



The other 2 "chosen" predator grands are Phern Grand and Pulna Grand


Phern is the one with the big fin on his head. His ability is to grow his fins which me and my friend constantly joke about as the worst power ever. Even the characters in the comic sometimes mock his power.

Pulna Grand is the 2 headed one and I have yet to reveal what his ability is. But you will find out in issue 3 which starts Tuesday (ugh, now I feel like Marine after plugging like that)

Those aliens reminds me of The Guyver (anime/manga). I loved that anime even though the prevailing critique is that it sucks. It reminds me of old Ultraman/Godzilla type shows, except not for kids.

Villain... I'm not sure if I really have one. Some of the villains in my comic doesn't even seem nasty enough but what seems evil to some may be justice for others. The idea of a non stereotypical villain is what I love to write. Instead of a villain who enjoys doing evil acts or laughs maniacally when heroes fall, I opt for a villain who does it with a valid reason or a kind-hearted "villain" who is unfortunately fated to associate with evil forces.

An example would be this character who is "evil" because she did what she considered as justice in order to regain her people's dignity and helping her people to find a home that was destroyed by her enemy (the humans). But her understanding on the humans was that they were the cause of all the sufferings of her people.

Here is Dr. Finst, one of my meanest villains. He makes his debout in this page and is about to step in big in a couple of pages (visibly, I mean. He's been affecting things since day one in Wolf).

And here is an odd sort of villain, Reggie, who orchestrates the killing of his father and tries to kill Zoe for his own purposes (to be revealed soon). He is odd in that he is in the really advances stages of lycanthropy and is not at all concerned with the fact that he is terminally ill and not (apparently) getting better. O.o

Ah yes. Good old Erag. Perhaps the only villain ever who's goal is simply to feel emotion.

Erag's other cronies include Samyaza and Anchorman, but they're not really villainous.

Of course, there are more. But I don't want to spoil anything. (Yes, in Heaven vs Hell the villains are, in fact, a third party)

This is Arcus, Minna's nemesis in Magiversity. He thinks commoners are at the bottom rung of existence, and women are only a little higher than that. He also believes that neither are worthy of wielding Arcana which is why he's giving Minna a hard time (he wants her dead). Unfortunately he's been a 3rd year student for a few years due to his taking time out to harass any women or commoners who show up at the Magiversity gates as students.

Of course, what else would you expect of an Elitist Nobleman who thinks he's above everyone else? :)

This probably one of the most recognizable and notorious villains from Shifters . His name is Lazaro, but he's better known as simply "Maverick". A living weapon a particular mage is using to do his bidding. This is a sketch that was part of a redesign to his coat. Yes, he is a sort of vampire, but its kind of an ubervampire. The mages used magic to bind him to a stone which controls him. He's a very intelligent adversary despite his fearsome look seen here. He can 'contain' himself to look less... crazy. But this looks way cooler.

He likes collecting people to do his bidding (the whole slave thing often gets made fun of XP )and uses them to carry out his unknown diabolical plans~

Um, I guess my biggest influences would have to be Hiroaki Samura and maybe, uh, Joe Mad? I've not read any of there work in years, but as a kid they were my heroes. People always tell me my work looks like someone else's though so I'm used to it. ^_^

My comic doesn't have any villians... Just people who have different and conflicting aims that get in the way of each other. Cc is the most directly adversarial character and even she is an ally, at least nominally.

CC reminds me of Grace Jones.
I like Grace Jones for her unique features, and other black women with the feline "Africa" look. It's very distinctive and never used.
I used that motif for a villain, and found it was harder to achieve than I thought. Because I'm not used to it.
Makes me want to do it even more! :D

Edit: Looks like I'm gonna have to go study up in Pinky TA once my villain shows up and I have to draw that person.

Ah, would that I could be consistent though. Unfortunately none of my characters look the same from panel to panel. I'm not that good a comic artist, you won't find many pics of her looking like that... (I love Grace too).

Consistancy is a nightmare for sure. It takes a lot of the fun out of drawin gI think. =P Drawing a character the first time rocks, drawing them the 100th times doesn't rock as much. =]
