Here's how I would recommend improving right off the bat:

1) Use a ruler to create your panels, perhaps even measuring them out so that they follow a standard template.
2) Shrink the page size down so it's under 1,000 pix wide
3) Your art is functional, but because the pencil lines are so light the character blend into the background - nothing draws the eye
4) The hand writing is a little difficult to read. Either try using a digital program, or take a little time and finesse with your handwriting.
