Also, while it looks better than the older games, I'm kind of disappointed to see it set in Liberty City. I was really hoping to see it go for a complete change in setting. I still wouldn't mind seeing one of these games which parodies the British underworld films which are gettin so popular these days. Or possibly and Asian theme with the Triads.

I'm also curious why they felt it necessary to validate ages for that trailer.

Wow long title, It looks pretty good but I don't have high hopes for it. And they prolly did the age thing so that they wouldn't get sued by angery parents.

Looks like they are taking a few cues from 'The Proffesional' for GTAIV. It may be good after all...

I was blown away by the trailer and disappointed by the trailer. GTA IV has taken the turn for the best. The visuals looks simply marvelous, although I was disappointed that the trailer was just a minute. I don't know what to say about Liberty City, while I'm kinda disappointed that it's set in Liberty City, I am surprised to see just how much it has changed.

Did anyone notice all the small things like the Fly to Vice City for $300 billboard, the show America's Top Hooker, and the poster for the movie "I Slept with Your Mom"?

i noticed the "getalife" building, which made me laugh, and yeah... i was expecting a teaser trailer and that's what i got... but i got a feeling that this liberty city will be completly different than the LC we all grew to love in GTA3... after all...

I've got that gut feeling as well. Something is telling me that Liberty City isn't half the story of what Grand Theft Auto 4 will be. I wouldn't put it past Rockstar.

It just seems like they could have chosen a new location. Liberty City has been done three times now. It's technically different every time, but I get sick of the same setting over and over again. Plus, a lot of people kind of want to see the GTA franchise move beyond our borders. The "new" Liberty City seems to borrow even more from the real world New York. New York's too common a theme these days.

I think people are going to be very disappointed if they set their expectations too high and hope for multiple cities. Don't forget, the most recent GTA took up 4.7GB of space with compression.

Vice city was the best ^_^
It'd be interesting in a place like Moscow, London, Rio de Janeiro, or even Mexico city, but it's probably best that the franchise stays well within the US and around the same old haunts pretty much. People like what they know. They'd be freaked if it went to London for example, even though that's where the guys who came up with the idea in the first place apparently come from. lol!

I liked Vice city because it reminded me of Miami Vice so much ^_^
