Best. Show. Ever.

I highly recommend you check these out. What this guy has basically done is redubbed a bunch of YGO episodes in order. There is actually a coherent plot and everything, with reoccurring gags and character personalities, but each episode has been condensed into 5 minutes and the each episode is hilarious, especially if you've seen the original show.

No, it was the second one that was more based on the whole duel monster games thing.

They did do a joke about the old series.

"Screw the rules, I have green hair!"

Ahahaha XD I love Yu Gi Oh Abridged. I didn't watch the original either, but this is pretty awesome.

I love them! I've watched quite a bit of the original and all the characters having this twist in their personality is especially hilarious (Tristan actually stands out as a character now! XD )

Two new episodes uploaded. One is parodying the main story, and one parodies the 4Kids produced "YuGiOh Capsule Monsters", whatever that is.

I love this series from what I have seen. It just rips on so many ridiculous and inaccurate parts of the show.

I'm not a follower of the original series, but I am a follower of ridiculous YouTube videos, and man, this crap is gold. So much so that other people have been imitating the creator's username in an attempt to cash in on his success.

I also like the new one he did which lifts its dialogue wholesale from a commercial for a video game called "Viva Pinata". Odd, but funny.

Watched two of these episodes and they rocked. Once my brother stops recharging his cell and I plug back I'm watching more episodes and the other series. Which is the naruto one. And in that series I actually tolerate Naruto's catch phrase. It's amazing and so friken hilarious.

EDIT- Oh hey, there is. It's not as good as the YuGiOh one, but still, it's pretty funny. I think this is becoming a trend.

Yeah, I've seen a few other "abridged" series' on youtube; though at the moment the only really watchable ones I've seen are the Naruto and Yugioh ones. It's mostly the quality of the voiceacting that brings down others I've seen.

My friends and I are thinking of making an Avatar one, though we don't have the equipment to do so.

Eh, I don't think one with Avatar would work. It's not a stupid enough show to begin with. But what could be more stupid that YuGiOh?

Someone should make a YuGiOh GX Abridged.

I have seen both an Avatar abridged and Yugioh GX abridged already on Youtube. Didn't really understand either of them since I haven't watched either of those shows, though.

But yeah, what really makes the Yugioh abridged series work is that the actual series is so utterly stupid and yet takes itself completely seriously. The Naruto abridged is watchable, but at best all it can do is poke fun at a few logical inaccuracies and critiques of the production staff (such as use of filler and flashbacks to pad the show), since the story itself makes sense on its own, more or less.
