Nice to know that Platinum/DD has banners for all my Gold purchasing need on World of Warcraft. I've always enjoyed going against the terms of service in games and getting my account banned/deleted.

:D

I remember PvP having those kinds of banners too. Scott Kurtz mentioned it in a newspost and he said something about how he simply can't control it, it's what Google puts out, but it's bad so please don't click on it.

I'm paraphrasing but yeah. ^^;;;

Slightly off topic here...I've never played World of Warcraft. Part of me wants to try it out but a part of me don't want to pay for the subscription nor get sucked into it too much. It sounds fun though.

Same here, Low. Still, I've played it before, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys online RPGs. It's got a great system for casual players and the hardcore alike. Of course, it still suffers from a lot of the MMO deathtraps (downtimes, bad players, boring quests/missions, etc.). If you know you odn't like MMOs, it probably won't change your mind, but if you have the time and money it's a lot of fun.

Anyway, yeah, Gold buying is bad.

And now it's carrying into the free MMO that I play (Maple Story) and I HAAAAATE it, because people that are low leveled are walking around with stuff they shouldn't be able to afford >>

Private servers are there for a reason.

And Guild Wars.

You can control the ads in google-- if you see ads you don't want running on your site, record the URL listed under them and you can go into the account settings and ban ads fro m that site.

I don't think gold ads are bad, IGE pays me top dollar for the header at that runs on Yirmumah.net -- Does that make me like evil and junk? Because, I have bills to pay and mouths to feed, and even a Warcraft bill and a City of Heroes bill to pay as well. :)

I don't think people should actually BUY the fake gold though. That's cheating. But hey, ads for it pay for stuff.
