I was there, and so were both my other halves (my fiancee, Tiffany, and my partner in webcomics, Matt). We attended the webcomics marketing panel and really got a lot out of it. dudes. I'm a vampire. contrary to popular belief, we can MAKE ourselves appear if we WANT in pictures (although the whole mirror thing is a bit wonky from time to time still, lots of quantum physics involved, it's even harder to explain), but most of the time if we're not paying attention or just tired.....you can't see us. that's MY excuse. Or I was in the middle of the whole kicking butt thing at the bowling alley (although DJ kicked ALL our arses that first game man, and ART was the absolute bowling GOD the second game kicking my butt too) Not sure where I was in the con pic, probably off doing portfolio reviews for my "other" job, or something, I don't know. I remember being in a group pic at the con though, so that's strange.

I think there needs to be a live feed of the "duck o vision" for the next con, broadcast live on the DD site. So that people who couldn't make it to the con, can see how lame we all really are in person :D

Jason, I don't think bowling a 148 equals kicking ass! hahahhaa Art Baltazar was indeed on though, and Howard was looking like he was a pro in disguise for a minute.

148? Pssh, back in my heyday, I was rolling a 170 average.

And remember kids...this "heyday" was when I was 15 years old. And a girl. ... .

... well I'm still a girl...

yeah I SUCKED that night, we bowl at least once a month or so, and I average about 180. My BROTHER though, who just so happens to be 15 himself.....his average is a smoking 215 or something, and he was ranked 4th in the state at one point this year during bowling season. If I didn't have to worry about throwing my back out so I couldn't work, I think I'd bowl a lot more. and dudes, HOWARD was playing the hustler card that first game. started out with like a 3 and a 2 in the first couple of frames, then like 6 strikes in a row.

oh, and while I"m thinking of it, there should be 3-D duck o vision GLASSES available at the next con, to look at all the DD creators and their work in brilliant THREE DIMENSIONAL DUCK O VISION!!!!!!

Some how Amelius's art somehow got a lot more attention then my dance routine. Oh well, I guess that is why I'm in comics and not the theater.
