One of my fave games is definately wild arms for the playstation. despite it's classic fantasy setting it brings a refreshingly original view of games. Plus it has a kick ass opening theme and FMV.

I need to go back and finish playing through the remake on PS2 at some point. I get too distracted easily and can't get back into old RPGs.

YES! Wild Arms is awesome. It's one of my favorite PSone games. I also have Wild Arms 2, but I've yet to play it. And I'm extremely interested in Alter Code F, as well as 3 and 4, but I have too many other games to finish!
I also got some of the anime recently. So far it's not going out of it's way to be too different or amazing, but it's not particularly bad either.

That was a great game. Did you know they remade it for PS2. It is called
Wild Arms Alter Code (something).....
There are two Alter Codes I think. One is a new Wild Arms and the other is a remake of the first one.

On a side note I loved how you could name the spells yourself.

Can't wait for it.
Not so sure about Wild Arms 4 though. Three just seemed to...drag. Y'know. Although Jet would make for KICKASS cosplay :)

It's... it's already out. And I mentioned it in my first post. :?
And the "other" Alter Code became Wild Arms: the 4th detonator.

Wild Arms 1 is classic. Be prepared for a very very long haul though. Just reaching the opening credits is like 3-4 hours gameplay.
