I Tried to upload my pages but there too large. I tried shrinking them but i cant figure out if its the pixels or overall size That i have to change, they just show up ginourmous on my hompage.

If they show up giant on your homepage, you need to make them smaller pixel-wise. No need to make them wider than about 600 pixels. If they're that size and it still says it's too big, then you're trying to upload them in some format (like BMP) that creates a huge filesize, go with jpg or something instead.

I did have a look at the one page up on your comic currently, and it seems perfectly fine. Did you upload that before or after you posted here? If all your pages are like that one, you shouldn't have any problems.
