Well VG Cats still amuses me from time to time but the consistency of comic pages being made annoys me. He probably only had twenty out last year and only half of them were that funny.

I awwwd.
And I still read VG Cats. It's still funny when he actually puts them out. His side project, Super Effective is definitely getting more attention. It's also quite funny, as most of us have played the first couple pokemon gameboy games.

I used to read VG Cats occasionally. Out of all game focussed comics I found it by far the best. It didn't side trick into making long, involved relationships and stupid stories based on the stupid characters like all the rest in that genre- the characters only existed to be part of strips that make some point or other about specific games or other humorous thing. It's just a very simple formula comic that I thought worked.
For other gaming comics, you may as well read DD's www.drunkduck.com/Powerup_Comics and get all you need from there.
