I have an idea, it will be fun and everyone can join in, regardless of your art level.

every week we have a different subject, and we all have to draw that subject and post it, then you can get comments and crits on how well its done, it would all be kept to that weeks topic.

every week/fortnight etc whatever we decide for the time frame the leader (im presuming me) would come up with a subject, lets say something like "Create your own sonic character" then we all draw it and get crits on it?


Right we will start this next monday, the 30th.

the first topic will be "Create your own superhero!"

a nice simple one to start off with, nothing is against the rules, just have fun and try to better yourself.

Is subject anything goes? For example, perhaps 'girl with an apple and an exploding granola bar showcasing fireworks in the background' one week, then 'a blue pear' the next? Or strictly character, strictly background. Or a theme and a subject and one other subject of your personal choice to go with it. Or...

I could ramble on. Bottom line: I'd like to do it.

Nice idea, rewrite the first post to include the revisions (the complete rules and such) covered in thread and i'll see if I can get it stickied.

well, the 30th is when people should have started drawing and posting other wise people get more than a week lol, but i suppose this once you can be let off cos i announced it early, post away.
