Well most of my inspirations just come from watching a ton of movies, looking at stuff on the internet and other everyday things. I'll try to narrow things down a bit though.
Tim Burton - Call it cliche, but it's a fact that most of his stuff is an inspiration to me.
Yukito Kishiro - I have yet to pick up the Last Order Battle Angel series, but this guy's amazing storytelling and ridiculously freakin' detailed art is a big inspiration of mine.
Various animes, mostly older ones.
If you want some specific movies that have had heavy influences on me: Fright Night, Lost Boys, George Romero's Martin, The Exorcist III, The Prophecy, Evil Dead, again - Tim Burton movies (especially Sleepy Hollow, Edward Scissorhands, and Sweeney Todd), Quentin Tarantino movies, Night of the Hunter, lots of Vincent Price movies, and the list goes on.
Most webcomics I read and their artists...
Artists at Deviantart. Like Ni'lala was a BIG inspiration for me, she made the brilliant VP: Black fancomic that is over here . Though she recently took down her entire gallery and hasn't done much chatting either recently. :( Why do all the artists I love suddenly decide to dissapear off the face of the internet? *sniff*
Some other examples of Deviantart artists I admire are Vyrl , and photographers/editors like dream-traveler and zardo .

For me it's the guy who draws One Piece (the manga not the anime):Eichiro Oda
I don't know how much everybody knows about making manga, but the guy hardly ever uses any tones and it still looks amazing. In the manga world, (in Japan at least) I've heard that not using tones usually results in the work being seen as the equivalent of an old black and white movie. But in this age of prettyness and toning he still tops the popularity charts. He has a great style that is unique, fun, and fits the mood of his work perfectly.
Not only that but almost every character he draws is both completely ridiculous and totally bad ass at the same time. Genius.

It doesn't show in my art style, quite frankly, because I'm no where near as good as either---but who influenced my pacing and storytelling artistically are Kirby, Ditko and others of the Silver Age---but those are the big two. I'm not big into decompressed storyteling, probably, because of that. (And if you're trying to tell a story page by page on the Net, I'm not sure if the trend towards decompression in mainstream comics is such a good idea in webcomics.)

Al Schroeder of MINDMISTRESS http://mindmistress.comicgenesis.com ---think the superhero genre is mined out?
Think there are no new superhero ideas?
Think again.

My inking style comes from trying to ape Mike Mignola's inks and faliing miserably, to the point where it just became something entirely different.
Mignola and his various clones have influenced my art a bit, particularly the blockiness, heavy blacks, and thick outlines. Steve Dillon (Preacher, The Punisher) influenced how I draw people quite a bit. Other influences include Jack Kirby, because pretty much everybody is influenced by Kirby somehow, and the guy who does Gunsmith Cats. Unfortunately I can't recall his name and don't really want to look it up. I'd consider Eric Powell an influence as well.
