Where do I note the Admins?

I need to send a message to the admins as I did a really silly thing. I don't like how "report bad comment" is place on the comic pages. It looks like like to separate commands so when I cliked what I thought was "comment" ... I actidently reported "I Am the 1337 Master"
I really want to withdraw that report as it was a complete mistake so where do I find the admins?
Desolate Ceremony:

Desolate Ceremony: A celebration without Hope or Joy, where a world will be caused to be deserted and bare. In other words, an apocalypse.
