i found this writing excersize someone started on some other forum somewhere and thought a few people here would like to give it a go!

basically, each person ends there post with a question asking what the next person's character would do in a situation. then the next poster would answer the question and post their own question at the end, and so on and so forth.

this wasnt made to plug your comic. it could be a lot of fun, but let other people have chances.dont be a post whore.

answering other people's questions could help you think outside the box about your characters and stories, and im sure we could get some really weird ones on here. even if you cant think of an answer to the current question, go back and read some other questions people have posted and answer them on your own. could help!

you can write about any of your characters, even people writing novels can work on this.

What would your character do in the event of a zombie invasion?

Okay, so you know how in zombie movies, when the rag-tag band of survivors bands together, and there's always that one guy who does something really dumb to get himself killed, but not before putting the rest of the party in some new and even more dangerous situation? Like opening the door to the outside, or somethin' like that? Yeah, that would be Vic.

What would your character do if his/her blind date was, um, "not as advertised"?

Ahab would suffer through the date if it wasn't good as a result and then nostalgically think back on it again sometime later, possibly gleaning some personal meaning or growth from the experience.

Your character has been clinging to a floating piece of debris after a ship he/she rode on capsized. The only other person with you is a whiny ill tempered spoiled brat of around 8-9 years of age. You've been out in the sea for days thus far and this irredeemable child is on your last nerve. You're also down to your last meager ration of food and water, but there's only enough for one of you. Landfall may come in the next few days if you can hold out, but it looks as though only one of you could make with the last ration. What does your character do?

Marcus would kick the brat into the water and demand them to take down a shark or something for more food. And they wouldn't be allowed back on unless they managed to get one. Marcus is mean. 8D

What would your character do if someone stole their best friend and demanded an impossibly large sum of money (and cake) for their safe return?

if Puke was ransomed, Bones would kick the dude's ass, take the cake and probably forget about Puke.
If Bones was ransomed, Puke'd bust Bones out, and he'd say "fuck the cake, let's get a brew."
if it was Charlette, they'd both leave her to rot.

If he was framed for murdering someone important Matthew would wait quietly, full of naive faith that the great justice system would prove his innocence.

Zoe would go insane and start running into walls. XD
Dave would finally put in some good sleeping hours. XD

Any of my mortal characters wouldn't know if they should believe it because Aeren (death) was probably the one saying it. She could be playing a joke for all you know.

If he was black, he would be a large fellow with black hair, primarily black attire, and whom would be racist, sexist, and a downright jerk to just about everyone. Really, it would be mostly a cosmetic change... and maybe his name would be slightly different too.

Fudo would probably starve while trying to figure out a way off the island or at least a way to get more supplies. Luckily, cigarettes suppress appetite, and he'd most certainly have a decent supply of those to last him awhile. Being a wanted man, he wouldn't try to make a signal fire or anything. He would sulk for a few days and act emo or suicidal, but eventually he'd find himself in a decent temperament and feel productive enough to want to start trying to build a raft out of the inedible food items along with whatever else he might find and be able to carve into something. If luck favored him, he'd find land and get in contact with Mike, who'd help him get supplies and return to the island. Fudo would then remain on the island ('deserted' is a lovely word to him), while Mike (and maybe Seiko if she learns of his new address) kept him supplied.

There's only so much to do in "The Hub". It's a small place. There would probably be some alcohol poisoning involved, though. And a lot of strippers would be a lot richer at the end of the week. ;)

Fudo would jump off a high building with whichever enemy he happened to be glued to. He's like that. He's tried to kill himself a couple times and isn't all that wired for survival. Seems like a good excuse.

Kaida would wait for the villain to fall asleep (she can probably out-awake anyone) and then come up with a way to dispatch him, poison perhaps...

Seiko would happily converse with the enemy, now a captive audience and no threat to her. She'd find out what his motives are and work out some kind of compromise for co-existence. Before the glue wore off, she'd have a new friend or would have driven the villain mad with her endless negotiations.

If it benefited him, Exile would totally marry them. Of course (after he brutally divorced his spouse), he'd then run out on them with all of their assets and money where he'd continue to lay waste to the virgins of the land.
